Yano
Yano was found in the Llano Park by two friends, Hanna and Kami, out walking their dogs. He befriended their pups and followed the pack for a bit, then continued on his way. Hanna and Kami continued to run into Yano over the next six weeks or so, and each time he looked slimmer and slimmer. Finally, they decided to get Yano off the streets.
Yano is about two years old and has been in foster care for almost a year. He has a mellow demeanor and loves nothing more than to curl up into a ball on his cozy dog bed. He is extremely trusting of humans and adores pets, snuggles and belly rubs.
He is very fast and could be a good match with a runner or biker looking for a companion. He also loves to play fetch and to jump for the ball.
Yano is a quick learner and would be very responsive to someone who wants to train him and teach him new commands. He does very well with other dogs and is excellent with children. He is also good with cats and has been living with two without any issues, however, he has a tendency to chase when he sees a small animal run (including squirrels).
Yano is really ready to dedicate himself to someone and deserves a person or family that is as loyal to him as he will be to them.
