Special needs
Special Behavioral Needs: Adopter understands that the Animal has special behavioral issues that have been described to them by Rescue and agrees to complete obedience training class.
No Other Pets: Adopter understands that the Dog or Cat is being adopted as an only pet and that other animals may not be safe if brought into the same household—therefore no other pets will be brought into the Adopters household for any reason.
No Children: Adopter understands that the Dog or Cat may not be kept in a home with children and hereby states that there are no children in their current household and no plans to have or adopt children in the future.
Predators: Adopter understands that the Dog is a small dog, especially vulnerable to predators, such as hawks, owls, coyotes, etc., therefore agrees that the Dog will never be left outdoors unaccompanied by you or a member of your family.
Sensitive to Loud Sounds: This dog is sensitive and scared of loud noises, and you hereby agree to keep the Adoptee indoors or in a safe and secure environment on holidays such as July 4th , New Year’s Eve, etc.
Escape Artist: This dog has proved to Rescue that it can jump a fence. It will never be left alone in a yard unsupervised.
Possessive of Food: This dog has exhibited behavior of protecting its food. The adoptee agrees to feed it separately from all other animals in the home and be careful of taking food away from the dog while eating.
Health issue: This dog has chronic health conditions that will need to be monitored.
Necesidades especiales
Necesidades de comportamiento especiales: el adoptante comprende que el animal tiene problemas de comportamiento especiales que Rescue le ha descrito y acepta completar la clase de entrenamiento de obediencia.
No otras mascotas: el adoptante entiende que el perro o el gato está siendo adoptado como única mascota y que es posible que otros animales no estén seguros si se llevan al mismo hogar; por lo tanto, no se traerán otras mascotas al hogar del adoptante por ningún motivo.
Sin hijos: El adoptante entiende que el perro o gato no puede permanecer en un hogar con niños y por la presente declara que no hay niños en su hogar actual y que no hay planes de tener o adoptar niños en el futuro.
Depredadores: El Adoptador entiende que el Perro es un perro pequeño, especialmente vulnerable a los depredadores, como halcones, búhos, coyotes, etc., por lo tanto acepta que el Perro nunca será dejado al aire libre sin su compañía o un miembro de su familia.
Sensible a los sonidos fuertes: este perro es sensible y tiene miedo de los ruidos fuertes, y por la presente acepta mantener al adoptado en el interior o en un ambiente seguro durante días festivos como el 4 de julio, la víspera de Año Nuevo, etc.
Artista del escape: este perro le ha demostrado a Rescue que puede saltar una valla. Nunca lo dejarán solo en un patio sin supervisión.
Posesivo de la comida: este perro ha mostrado un comportamiento de proteger su comida. El adoptado se compromete a alimentarlo por separado de todos los demás animales del hogar y tener cuidado de quitarle la comida al perro mientras come.
Problema de salud: este perro tiene las siguientes condiciones de salud crónicas que deberán ser monitoreadas
