Say hello to Parce. She’ll be very very excited to meet you, as she is with every new person she encounters. Her name comes from the Colombian word Parcera, which means friend, companion, and accomplice. She's 2 years old, spayed and fully vaccinated.
Parce arrived at the door of her rescuer a little bedraggled but looking for company and fun. She loves a hike in the hills and is great on and off the leash. She's curious and sociable, offering cautious friendship to whoever or whatever crosses her path, whether that’s people, dogs, donkeys or cows.
Parce is not much of a barker and, and even her current enthusiasm for chasing cats and squirrels is marked by a lack of aggression (or, indeed, success). Unlike most of the dogs along her stretch of road she’s chill about passing cars and bikes.
She’s a smart pup and a responsive learner. Parce has a bit of residual food anxiety carried over from her life on the streets, but is getting better all the time.
