SNOOPY

Snoopy is a female, large size (approximately 19 kilos) dog, about 4 years old. Although she is 4, she has a lot of energy, very much like a big puppy; “cachorro enterno”. She looks like a lab mix.

Someone rescued her as a puppy from the streets and brought her to Laura the vet for vaccinations, assuming that because she was a rescue, the vet care would be free. When Laura said she would have to charge for the services, the person said they would just put her back on the street. Laura resolved the situation by adopting Snoopy herself.

As a puppy, Snoopy used to sleep on the roof of her dog house instead of inside it, so Laura named her Snoopy.

Snoopy had moquillo (distemper), but recovered quickly. She shows no signs of neurological or vision damage; however, the enamel on her teeth is weak, and her teeth are small for her size as a result of the distemper.

Snoopy has a lot of energy. She gets along well with other dogs and would do best in a house with a large yard and possibly other dog company, or with an owner who goes on runs often and would like to bring her.

She is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.
